Meet the founder
Dan Kastanis
Born and raised in Baldwin, Dan Kastanis got his start working in restaurants on Long Island and in the Capital Region, both in the front and back of house. He saw firsthand what it takes to run a small business and deliver for customers every day.
Dan has spent the past decade working in communications across the public and private sectors, from travel and hospitality to local government. He has helped organizations earn media coverage, explain complex programs, and tell stories that connect with the people they serve. He brings that experience to small businesses across Long Island, New York City, and beyond.
